As the Principal of M.S. 936 Arts Off 3rd, I am honored and excited to support this vibrant and creative community. With over a decade of experience as an educator in Brooklyn, I bring abundant knowledge and a passion for fostering a supportive and inspiring learning environment.  I have proudly developed successful art and academic programs that advanced equity, access, and student growth. As a teacher of both humanities and drama, I quickly learned of the benefits and power of combining arts and academics in the classroom. My journey has been fueled by a belief in the transformative power of the arts, and I am thrilled to support a community that places such a strong emphasis on creativity.

I am confident that together, we can build upon the strong foundation of Arts Off 3rd and elevate it to new heights. Communities of “Scholar-Artists” like ours learn in unique and inspiring ways. We learn through acts of creativity, critical thinking, and empathy.
